I wrote a whole pile of stuff    it would have been perfect "filler"   for your speech...   I am sure you will do great   no worries.....    just pretend that you are teaching... and go for it!    talking in public is really really easy

LOL    ya know what... I was writing you a suggestion... and we had a storm   it shut me down.. nearby a lightning strike took out a transformer    and I lost all the stuff I was writing   I was basically telling you that you shoudl include HOW TO SWIM with fins... there is actually a technique to swimming with fins... most people thinl ya just kick   but you dont
