Hi Barbie, it's been a tough couple of days around here but all is well. If I recall correctly, you got your cast off today or yesterday. How's it feeling? You should be running a marathon by next weekend, right?

yeah things are going good starting to warm up nicely now with spring i got a couple of dive in on sunday so that was great
