Hi everybody,
I did my first four dives! It was amazing. Four days ago, in the pool: my first breath under water. We did some basic skills and finished confined water one and two. I had some problems with my mask, but I had a great time. The next day we did confined water three, four and five. Sipping out of a free flow was strange and I had some huge troubles with taking my mask of and put it back on because I had to concentrate to hard on breathing that I forgot the actual skill.
Then the next they I was ready to go in the open water! First a briefing on board and then, finally we went in the water. The first dive was a fun dive in Argentina (local dive site at Playas del Coco). So we swum around and saw a shark, loads of other fishes and even a Chucho Pintado. It was great! In the second dive (Tortuga, local dive site Playas del Coco) I had to do some skills. It all went okey and then we went back up. It was a great experience, I can’t wait till tomorrow, my next two dives.
Open water dive three was as great as well. There were so many colors, fishes and then out of the blues this shark passed by! Amazing! On dive four I had to take of my mask. Somehow I didn’t manage to bring it back on and I started to panic. Luckily my great instructor Rob from Rich Coast Diving hold me and I couldn’t go up. In the and I got back calm again, regained my breath and put up my mask.
Back on the boat we went back to the harbor and the dive day was over. Now I finally am an official open water diver!
I can’t wait to dive in the deep again!
