Recreational Diving Here I come

I just marked my calendar date April 12 because I'm off to go to the Philippines to study recreational diving and also for me to relax a little. My friend and a diving professional said that the Philippines specifically in Palawan are the best spots for diving because the place was rich in aquatic resources and marine diversity.
